I have a receipt for my costume on August 20, but checking my credit card, it has not gone through.. after I gave credit card info, I was thanked for my purchase. I’m confused. I live in the US. I need it by October 18. It looks like somehow my order didn’t go through. I’m confused. Is it too last to get?

I couldn't be more pleased with this beautiful costume! The detail is fantastic and the colors vibrant. I literally cannot wait to wear it! I highly recommend this vendor!
