Good communication, and absolutely amazing quality item. The shipping was a little confusing because AFTER you purchase, options to pay extra for rush shipping are sent as an add-on purchase. I wish it was more clear up front in the listing about the additional fees for rush shipping. The item is amazing, and I would highly recommend for quality and statement piece for a costume or event!
